Competitive Gymnastics – East Texas Twisters

The East Texas Twisters, established in 2002, is a competitive gymnastics team dedicated to developing strong, confident athletes in a positive and motivating environment. We currently offer team training for Levels 1-7+, with classes including Pre-Team, 2-day/week Team, and 4-day/week Team—placement is determined by coach evaluation.

Our athletes compete through the National Gymnastics Association (NGA), traveling to meets during our active season from January through June.
