Volunteers are the heroes of our meets! All meets are run by volunteers. Without volunteers, the meets cannot happen.  Therefore, in order for your child to participate, we require at least one parent volunteer at each meet.  Volunteer shifts typically run for half of the meet.  We know this can make new swim parents nervous, but we promise no experience is needed.  For example, to be a timer, you just need to start and stop a timer at the beginning and end of the swimmer’s event you are timing.  When you volunteer, you meet other parents and children and learn more about the competitive swimming process. I promise you will still be able to watch your children swim! Sign up for volunteer positions through our website under the Events tab and via the OnDeck app.
