2026 Pre-Season Dates

• April 9 - Registration Opens
  • Please ensure that you register with South Suburban AND on the Holly Park Sharks website! You will not recieve communications without registering in both places. For safety and insurance purposes, swimmers will not be allowed in the water until both registrations are complete.

• Swimmer Assessments @ Goodson
  • Thursday April 23, 4-6pm
  • Sunday April 26, 10am-12pm
  • New swimmer assessments are not required. But if you're wondering whether your swimmer is ready for summer swim team, please drop in anytime during that window! A Holly Park Sharks coach will be there to make assessments and recommendations. No need to pay for admission; just tell the front desk that you're there for the Sharks swim assessment.

• Parent Information Sessions @ Goodson
  • Thursday April 23, 6-7pm
  • Sunday April 26, 9-10am
  • Parent information sessions are not required, but they offer a great opportunity to hear more about summer swim team and our Holly Park Sharks culture! Please stop in to hear about our awesome program and ask questions!  

Tentative Schedule for the 2026 Season

Practices:

• Practices begin the week of May 11!
  • The Sharks will practice in the evenings until Memorial Day.
  • 5-7pm, Monday thru Friday
  • The times will be split into two 1-hour practice sessions based on swimmer age.
• Morning practices begin May 26!
  • 7-9am, Monday thru Friday
  • 5-7pm, Mondays & Wednesdays
  • The times will be split into two 1-hour practice sessions based on swimmer age.
  • Practices run through July 10.

Swim Meets (locations TBD):

• Regular season dual meets (locations TBD)
  • Saturday, May 30
  • Saturday, June 6
  • Saturday, June 13
  • Saturday, June 20
  • Saturday, June 27
• Preliminaries (to qualify for Championships!)
  • Tuesday, July 6
  • Wednesday, July 7
• Championships
  • Saturday, July 11
• All-Stars (for qualifying swimmers)
  • Saturday, July 18
  • All-Star swimmers will continue to practice the week of July 13-17

Social Events:

• Popsicle Social: Wednesday, May 27, 5-7pm (in lieu of practice)
• Swim-A-Thon: Wednesday, June 17, 5-7pm (in lieu of practice)
• Swim Team Photos: Friday, June 19, 8am (in lieu of practice)
• End of Season Pool Party & Awards: Sunday, July 12, 6-8pm
