Meet in Review, from Coach Christa:
We did it—we made it through our first meet of the season! I couldn’t be prouder of our swimmers and more grateful for the incredible support from our parents.
Yes, the first meet always feels a little chaotic. If you felt overwhelmed, you’re not alone—we did too! But I promise, it gets better from here. :)
We’re a much larger team this year, and we’ve moved into a new division. Despite the challenges, our Sharks showed up and swam their fins off! I’m beyond proud of the effort, energy, and heart they brought to the pool.
Looking ahead, my goal is education—helping our swimmers grow stronger and more confident, and equipping our parents with the tools and knowledge to make meets run more smoothly. We may not eliminate the chaos completely, but we’ll definitely tame it together!
It’s a true honor to coach this amazing team. If you ever have questions, concerns, or just want to chat, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ve got a fantastic coaching staff this year, and we’re here to support both our swimmers and our families every step of the way.
