Junior Crocs Coaches

Needed for 2024

We are currently accepting applications for Junior Coaches this summer.  Submit all applications to [email protected] by April 26.  

Requirements for Junior Coaches 

·      Must be at least 15 years of age 

·      Able to demonstrate all strokes properly 

·      Must be in the water assisting swimmers every day at practice 

·      Passionate about swimming 

·      Love working with kids 

·      Dedicated

·      Must attend coaches' trainings and meetings

·      Able to attend at least 6 of the 8 meets (5 dual meets, 2 prelims, 1 championship) 

·      Assist 8U and 10U swimmers in the heating area during meets

·      No more than 5 days of missed practice days from May 28 through July 22 (please let us know if exceptions need to be made for this requirement)
