2024 Practice Times: 

Practices are organized by age group and ability. To meet the needs of all of our swimmers and maximize our coaching staff, our new GUIDELINES are that we will organize our practices accordingly:  

7 a.m. to 8 a.m. (Both Pools) - Intermediate and Advanced Practice 

8 a.m. to 9 a.m. (Both Pools) - Beginner and Intermediate Practice

For our youngest swimmers (5-8 years old), we will offer 30 minute sessions throughout our regular practices. You are welcome at 7:00am, 7:30am, 8:00am, or 8:30am. More advanced 8&U swimmers may attend a the full hour practice if they would like.

Note: Practice levels are only guidelines and if special schedules require you to attend a different practice on a given day that is acceptable.  However, beginner coaches will be more available during the 8 to 9 a.m. slot, so we recommend this time for our younger, more novice swimmers.

New Swimmers: On your first day of practice, you will be asked to swim one length of the pool unassisted.  Parents, simply inform a coach on your first day so we take care of this important safety requirement.

Friday Practices:  Fridays will be a combined practice at one pool to practice relay exchanges and prepare for our Saturday meet. Coaches also typically hold a team meeting between the two practices on Fridays to give parents and swimmers information about the meet, give out weekly awards, and build team spirit. Friday practice will be at HOA#2 pool unless otherwise noted. Communications will be sent out each week.
