“Fundamentals of Race Dives”

This clinic is for beginner and intermediate level swimmers interested in learning the fundamentals of race dives. Swimmers do not need to know how to dive to participate in this clinic. We be using USA Swimming Race Start Diving Certification protocol and swimmers will receive a dive level certification. As swimmers move through the five levels we will update their certification. Any swimmer acheiving a level one certification (Seated Dive) will be ready to dive at that level in competition. 

Levels one through five are done without a racing block (platform). Swimmers are not required to use the starting blocks at competitions and should only do so after acheiving a level five certification. 

We will cap the number of slots available to ensure a maximum ratio of six swimmers per coach.
