The Del Norte Dolphins are a recreational swim team in Sacramento, California.

Our goal is to offer a quality competitive, recreational swimming program that allows swimmers, parents, volunteers, and coaches to experience growth and development through the sport of swimming in a positive and inclusive environment.

Our core values of respect, commitment, growth, inclusion, leadership and sportsmanship teach essential life skills that support our motto of #FlippersUp.

DEL NORTE AQUATICS *DNA* is a competitive, seasonal USA Swimming program.

Our mission is to provide the youth of our community with knowledge to succeed in and out of the water, and to promote the sport of swimming in our area. Athletes will be given the opportunity to pursue their goals and supported to make achievements. We pride ourselves on the swimming techniques taught in our program, which will translate into a more stroke-efficient and faster swimmer. Beyond mastering skills and achieving physical fitness, our swimmers will gain confidence, sportsmanship, discipline, commitment, and an understanding that success results from hard work and goal setting. Swimmers will learn that you get what you work for, not what you wish for.
