2025 Swim & Dive Team Practice

Practices will begin on Monday, June 2nd

The 1st week of practice will start on Monday, June 2nd at the times listed below.

Monday-Wednesday:

10 & under swimming: 8:00-9:15 AM

11 & over swimming: 9:30-10:45 AM

11& over diving: 8:00-9:15 AM

10 & under diving: 9:30-10:45 AM

Thursday

10 & under swimming: 8:30-9:30 AM

11 & over swimming: 9:45-10:45 AM

11& over diving: 8:30-9:30 AM

10 & under diving: 9:45-10:45 AM

We will have a team meeting every Thursday that there is a swim meet, including parents and athletes, from 9:30-9:45 AM. 

We understand that some children may have to wait around before or after practices for siblings, rides, etc. However, we ask that the kids sit at the tables and chairs and do not run around Brookwood during this time.  Our coaches’ job is to worry about what is going on in the pool, not outside of it. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let me know!

Parents - please be prompt in picking up your child from practice.  Coaches do NOT hang around until the last child is picked up.
