Minimum of 3 swim meets is required by each swimmer in order to swim in a Championship meet.

Families are required to volunteer a minimum of 4-5 jobs OR be a chairperson of a committee. (This isn't as bad as it sounds...jobs are easy and fun!)

All families, including committee members, will also be required to volunteer to work the Championship meet(s) if you have a swimmer participating.

If you can't make a job assignment, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. You may also hire someone capable (18+ to work in concessions hut and 16+ for all other jobs) to work the shift for you. Check with the high school kids in your neighborhood!

Job sign ups will be announced as soon as available. You will receive an email explaining the process. Jobs are first come, first serve, so if you have a lot of scheduling conflicts, be prepared to sign up as soon as the jobs are posted. You will receive an email with date and time info. If you fail to sign up for jobs, they will be chosen for you.

Parents who miss their scheduled job and do not provide a substitute will have to pay a penalty of $150 per missed job assignment.
