2025 Swim team registration will open on March 2. Before registering, please review the FAQ document, which is located on the Home Page under the photos.  Use this as a guide as questions arise throughout the season. Please arrived 10 mins before actual start time and have the swimmer ready for practice with goggles, hair in a cap and fins.  

 

TeamUnify Registration Instructions

  • Log in to TeamUnify (Note: your username is your main email address that you provided as your log-in to the site and for purposes of swim team communications.)

  • From the home page, click on the Swim Team Registration button located below the photos on the home page.

  • Complete and/or update your email address, billing address and emergency contact information (including cell phone numbers for both parents!), and click Next.

  • You will be taken to your swimmer/member page. (In this system, families are the "Accounts", and swimmers are "Members"). NEW FAMILIES: please enter in your swimmer's information if you have not already done so!

  • Select Yes for each swimmer who will be on the team this season.

  • Confirm all swimmer information is correct and select a t-shirt size for the team t-shirt. 

  • The system should automatically have your child as the age they will be on June 15th.  Select the appropriate age group and click on Register at the bottom of the page.

  • Carefully read, review and check the boxes for each of the release waivers. 

  • Hit Save!

Note: you need to be registered for the 2025 season in order to sign up for a Social Job. Information about Meet and Social job requirements are available under the Meets & Social events tab.

 

​2025 Swim Team & Minis Fees

​Early Registration (March 2 - April 13): 

  • $485 Minis  
  • $675 Swimmers 14 & Under
  • $190 Swimmers 15-18 

***NEW FOR 2025*** Multiple-Swimmer Discount for 3 or more Swimmers!

  • For swimmers 14 & Under, the first 2 swimmers are $675. Each additional swimmer is $575.
  • Minis and 15-18s are the regular price, regardless of how many swimmers in each family.

Late Registration (Beginning April 14):

  • $510 Minis  
  • $700 Swimmers 14 & Under
  • $215 Swimmers 15-18

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE CLOSING REGISTRATION FROM APRIL 12-14 IN ORDER TO CALCULATE MEET JOBS!

2025 Refund Policy

Swim Team:

  • On or before 5/12: ¾ of fees refunded
  • 5/13 - 5/19: ½ of fees refunded
  • After 5/19: no refunds

Minis:

  • A full refund is given if a Mini quits the first week of Minis and 1/2 is refunded if a Mini quits the second week. After the second week, no refund is given.
