Established in 1998, the Bridlewood Bridlewaves is a local swim team operating out of the Bridlewood community in Gainesville, Virginia. We are comprised of over 150 families with swimmers ranging in age from 4-18. The team is guided by a volunteer board of directors and dedicated parent volunteers. As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on the donations of area businesses, families and friends to not only keep our registration fees at a minimum, but also help with the purchase of equipment such as lane lines, backstroke flags and tents. In controlling such costs through generous sponsorships from companies like yours, we are able to offer an affordable competitive swimming environment.

We compete in the Prince William County Swim League (PWSL), which is made up of 24 teams that are split into 8 divisions and we are part of the Blue Division, the highest ranked division within the league. In the summer we host (3) regular season meets at our pool and (1) community wide event called the Stars & Stripes over the 4th of July holiday weekend.

Our focus is to teach children about swimming through coaching that enhances their swimming skills and helps them develop a love for swimming. Along with developing confident athletes, these swimmers learn the importance and value of teamwork, sportsmanship and helping others. The team holds a fundraiser each summer to collect money for a local charity that the Board selects.

The Bridlewood Bridlewaves provides a fun, competitive and family oriented environment. In order for us to continue this rewarding experience for local youth and their families, we are reaching out to local businesses, families and friends to become team sponsors. Three levels of Sponsorship are available:

Bronze Level ($100)

  • Small sized ad placed in home meet programs and logo on our website

Silver Level ($250)

  • Medium sized placed in home meet programs
  • Your logo on our website, which is linked to your company website
  • 3’ x 5’ banner displayed at home meets
  • Opportunity to become involved with the team by having a booth at select events

Gold Level ($500 or more)

  • Large sized ad for home meets and a logo on our website linked to your website
  • 4’ x 6’ banner displayed at home events
  • Opportunity to become involved with the team by having a booth at select events
  • Ad and/or coupons in our monthly newsletter
