PRACTICE CANCELLED AGAIN TODAY!

Practice will be cancelled again today as a result of the smokey air blowing down from Canada. 

For tomorrow, we are tentatively looking at a condensed practice schedule where competitive team and Jr Lancer swimmers can hop in the pool any time between 6-8pm to get in laps and work on starts and turns in preparation for Time Trials on Saturday. Families will then have the opportunity to just stick around, set up their tents and help to quickly set the pool up for Time Trials. The "meet simulation" walkthrough will also happen tomorrow at 630pm for any families that want to familiarize themselves with standard meet procedure. Remember, this is tentative and will be adjusted and/or cancelled depending on the state of the air quality tomorrow. 

As is always the case, attendance is not mandatory and participation is at the discretion of parents.
