This year we will offer two separate sessions of conditioning on Sundays at the Prince William Aquatic Center. 

8 Week session: Jan 7th - March 17th                                   6 Week Session: April 7th - May 12th

Age 10 and under will swim from 3:00-4:00pm

Age 11 and up will swim from 4:00-5:00pm.

Cost: $115 first swimmer, $100 each additional sibling
