Conditioning Starts Tomorrow!

Off-season conditioning starts tomorrow Lancer families!  

All programs will take place on Sundays at Prince William Aquatic Center (13833 Dumfries Rd, Manassas, VA) from 3-5pm. 

Your swimmer(s) will be rostered in the age group they will be in this coming summer. That means, based on their age as of 6/1/24.

Swimmers aged 5-10 years old will swim from 3-4pm

Swimmers aged 11-18 years old will swim from 4-5pm

It's not too late to sign up if you're interested. Just register on our website and you're good to go!
