Friday FUNday & Lancers vs Ashland Stingrays Meet Info

Saturday we have our first dual meet of the summer! Families can bring their tents to set up the night before during meet setup. Please come to setup on Friday night at 7:15pm if you can so we can get it all done quickly.

On Saturday, all families should head to the volunteer tent to get their sticker denoting their job for the morning. The tent will be set up next to the baby pool in front of the boys bathroom. Make sure you sign up for a job online or you'll only have a choice of what hasn't been claimed!  Don't worry, your job can be different for every meet. You choose what you sign up for. 

There will be concessions for breakfast and lunch.  Thank you to all of the families that have signed up to contribute items for us to sell! Please make sure to bring them to FUNday in the morning or during meet setup tomorrow evening. We still need bags of ice if you want to grab one or two on your way to pool setup Friday evening.

Parking is in the club lot, on the street and in the commuter lot across Old Bridge Rd next to McDonald's. If you have purchased a parking spot for the team fundraiser, you can park in any space along the fence line with a family sign on the fence. 

Many of our swimmers are entered in relays. Relays take place towards the end of the meet after all individual events so make sure you don't take off right away. 3 other swimmers are relying on your child to be there! 

If you have to change your commitment for this Saturday's meet, please email Coach Lauren ([email protected]) as soon as possible so she can update the meet entries. 

Please note that the playground will be restricted from use during the meet due to the large amount of wood from a felled tree surrounding it.

It's going to be HOT so bring a water bottle. The club has a water bottle filler.
