- FUNday runs from 9:00-10:30am for competitive swimmers only; the kids love this day to unwind and have fun after a hard week of practice
- Water polo for 13 year olds and up starts at 7:50am

Meet Details:
What: Lancers vs Braemar Blasters swim meet
Where: 12300 Iona Sound Dr, Bristow, VA 20136
Who: Competitive team swimmers only
When: Saturday, June 22nd, 7am start time, be there by 6:15am for a 6:30am warmup
| Saturday we have our second dual meet of the summer! On Saturday, all families should head to the volunteer tent to get their sticker denoting their job(s) for the morning. The tent will be set up in the team tent area in the grassy area on the other side of the pool from the parking lot. Make sure you sign up for a job online or you'll only have a choice of what hasn't been claimed! All spots must be filled! There will be concessions for breakfast and lunch. Parking is in the pool lot, on the street and in the Braemar Kindercare lot. Many of our swimmers are entered in relays. Relays take place towards the end of the meet after all individual events so make sure you don't take off right away. 3 other swimmers are relying on your child to be there! If you have to change your commitment for this Saturday's meet, please email Coach Lauren ([email protected]) as soon as possible so she can update the meet entries. It's going to be HOT so bring a few water bottles and cooling towels to help your swimmers keep cool when they're not in the pool. See you on deck! Lancer Lady |
