DIVISIONALS AND AWARDS NIGHT INFO

Decorate your buddy's bag/tent, make a sign, buy them RED/BLACK items to wear to represent our team.This year at our Green Division swim meet we will face Montclair and Southbridge. Due to the increased number of swimmers, this meet will run a little longer than a typical dual meet. Swimmers who have participated in two meets this season and have one legal time in a particular stroke are eligible to swim that stroke at the divisional meet.
Tents Lancer tents will be arranged on the upper pool deck and in the grass between the deck and the parking lot . Bring a tarp or something to put on the ground. Please respect the hosting team's request and do not arrive early to set up your tents. See attached picture for more guidance. Playground is closed to all meet families.
Parking for this meet is along River Ridge Blvd and surrounding streets, the lot is all reserved parking for the teams. Please respect all mailboxes and driveways.
Swimmers may not bring towels and other personal items to Clerk of Course. Please leave those things in your tent.
Swimmers may not have any writing on their bodies other than their events on their arms. It is a league rule and can lead to disqualification.
Awards Night will begin at 6:30pm on Saturday following the meet at Grace Bible Church (9115 Lorton Station Blvd, Lorton, VA). We are limited on space so we ask that only competitive team swimmers attend and limit the number of extended family as well. There is a live stream link available that can be shared with people not in attendance.

We will present awards, have a brief parent meeting while swimmers have cookies, and finish our night with our end of season slideshow. We have a bigger team this year and while the coaches do our best to move through things quickly, we also want to make sure we are taking the time to give swimmers the recognition they deserve for all their hard work!
PLEASE NOTE: If you will not be in attendance at the Awards Ceremony, please arrange for friend to pick up the awards for you.
