MOTIVATIONAL TIMES

The goal as a team is to assist our swimmers in improving their times and become the fastest they can through our training. USA Swimming has put a great Motivational Time File so swimmers can stay focused and motivated through practices and meets.

It is important to create reachable and tangible goals so our swimmers can see their improvement throughout each season. This is why we want to help parents and swimmers by answering some questions.

Before we answer some questions, we have created a Season Goal Sheet. This sheet can be clipped in their swimming bag, taped in their room, and place in the car so they can refer to those goals at any time.

Remember to consult with your coaches if you are not sure what goal times you should write for the swimmer.

    • So these times are standars for swimmers to know when they are getting faster and better.
