2025 Membership

Membership is closed for 2025. We have a waitlist for anyone interested in Dunsinane membership. At this time, those on the waitlist will not receive invitations until after February 1, 2026. Please submit your information to our brief waitlist application here. The non-refundable $50 plus tax waitlist application fee is fully deductible from your Initiation fee when you complete membership registration, once you are invited.

Annual Dues for 2025
| Family Membership (Two adults + minors in the same household) $525 plus tax |
| Double (Must be in the same household) $425 plus tax Single $325 plus tax |
| Initiation Fee for New Members $250 plus tax, paid in full at the time of membership purchase. $50 plus tax waitlist fee is fully deductible from this Initiation fee when membership is purchased. $50 plus tax for Active-Duty Military members and their families, or transfers from another Dayton-area private pool that requires an initiation fee. *** $50 plus tax waitlist fee is fully deductible from this Initiation fee when membership is purchased. *** Active Duty Military CAC or pool transfer letter/proof of 2024 membership is required. National Guard or reserve members, as well as other government employees, do not qualify. This discount is offered to Active Military members who typically move every 3-4 years and therefore don't receive the full benefit of the regular initiation fee. Previous pool memberships that do not require an Initiation Fee do not qualify. |
| Childcare Passes- $50 each + tax Childcare passes (formerly known as Babysitter and/or Grandparent passes) can be purchased through the membership module. |
Guest Passes - $10 per day, per person (ages 3-80); children two and under and individuals 80 and older are free. Guest passes may be purchased in advance on the eSoftPlanner membership portal either individually or in packs of 10 for $80. Guest passes may also be purchased for same-day use at the front desk. The $80 10-pack is not available at the front desk.

Dunsinane Privacy Policy: The privacy of our members is of utmost importance to us. We will never sell, give away, or use your information for anything other than internal club business. Internal club business includes invitations to events, annual renewal mailers, and information about the swim and dive team. Un-captioned photos may be posted on our site. However, we will take any photos off upon request to any board member. We will not collect or store any information that is not essential to the club's business. We do not collect or store any credit card information on our servers. From time to time, we may send you an email with important information. You may request that we not send you information by email at any time by contacting any board member. We may use your name in our overhead address system during swim meets or to locate you for pool business, such as visitor access or food delivery.
Dunsinane Refund Policy: You may request a full refund of your membership fees to Dunsinane Swim and Tennis Club in writing within 72 hours of joining the club. If you have any questions regarding dues payment, please speak with the pool manager or the club membership chairperson.
