Practices are held at the Hilliard Family Aquatic Center, Monday-Friday.  The first day of regular season practice is Monday June 2, 2025. 

In the event of inclement weather, please call the pool one hour before your scheduled practice time (614-876-4296) to confirm practice arrangements.  Every attempt will be made to send an e-mail, however, if practice is canceled after 9:00 a.m. - it may be best to call ahead rather than rely on email.

The safety of your child is our number one concern.  All children 10 years of age and younger must be accompanied to the pool by a responsible person 12 years of age or older who can provide supervision during practices.

Swim practice times are consolidated.  The main pool (which has the capability of 8 lanes) is used for practices (this gives the team 16 total lanes for practices).  Swimmers will not be permitted to enter the main pool head first (no diving).  All starts will be practiced in the competition pool and all age groups will have adequate time to practice starts.

Evening Practice: There are NO evening practices.
