Are you ready for summer? Our season is right around the corner, and we have a few preseason items to let you know about!

We are so lucky to have Coach Al Cushman returning to HH this year as our head coach! Riley Signor, Michael Huegel, and Jonathan Hoole will also return as an assistant coaches.

REGISTRATION
Registration is up and running. Sign up today to get your kids registered for summer swim. Pass the information along to anyone you think may be interested in joining. By simply directing them to our site, they can learn more about our team and reach out with questions using the Contact Us button.

This year is our 60th anniversary so each swimmer will purchase an anniversary shirt automatically when registering. Family and friends can also purchase a shirt at this link. Order by June 5. https://hiddenhollow2025.itemorder.com/
POOL MEMBERSHIP
To have swimmers on the team, Linvilla requires you to have a membership to the pool. This includes both the swimmer and at least one parent. Early bird registration is still available so take advantage of the savings.

NEW BLOCK UPDATE
Great work team! We raised enough money to purchase new starting blocks. The Linvils wanted us to purchase blocks for 10 lanes, so they contributed an additional block (for a total of 4) while the team purchased 6 blocks. The plan is for them to be installed and ready to go for the beginning of the season. The above-mentioned anniversary shirt purchases will help us replenish our bank account since blocks are not cheap!
SUITS AND CAPS
As always you are not required to wear the HH suit but if you would like to purchase one, you can order it at the link below. There is no deadline for ordering a suit, but the sooner the better so that you have it for the first meet. You can have the suit shipped to you, or we will do a bulk pick up in June. After June 12 you will need to choose the shipping option. For those who need it we will have suits available to try on at the preseason practices at SLMS.
Caps are not included with the registration fee and will be available for purchase prior to and throughout the season. Swimmers are not required to wear a cap, but in meets if you wear a cap it must be an HH cap. This year we are again offering a personalized cap option. The personalized cap deadline is May1 so order today if you want a name on the cap. You have the option of having both the suit and the cap shipped to you or delivered to the pool.

SSL OFFICIALS TRAINING
SSL is offering Stroke and Turn, Starter/Referee, and Computer Operator training sessions this spring. We always need trained officials (especially Stroke and Turn). If you have any interest in learning more and potentially signing up for a training, visit the site below.

July 19th (Saturday) - Divisional "B" Champs @ TBD
July 21st (Monday) - Distance Free Champs @ Ply Mar
July 23rd (Wednesday) - Individual Medley Champs @ Hollow
July 26th - League "A" Champs @ Aronimink Swim Club followed by the banquet at HH (please note the date-after A champs is new this year)

The preseason practice schedule has been updated on our site and can be found here. As in the past we will have 2 weeks of alternating practice groups at SLMS (because HH is VERY COLD in May!).

FYI there may be some questions about caps if you look at the Toad Hollow site to order personalized. If you have an old HH cap, it was silicone. Toad Hollow is offering both a personalized silicone AND latex option. You will see that there is a big price difference between the 2 and may wonder about the difference. See below from Google...but the choice is yours!
Silicone caps outlast their latex counterpart and are more tear resistant. They also provide a tight fit without tugging at your hair. Typically softer to the touch, silicone as a swim cap material is gentler on the hair and is less irritating when taking a cap on and off.
