Q: As a parent, am I required to help with team meets?

A: YES. We need over 200 volunteers to make this swim season a success! We ask that each family volunteers at a minimum of 3 meets. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to the team, there are plenty of positions available for everyone. Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet other swim families, support your swimmers, and get a closer look at the excitement of the meets!

Q: Do you have to compete in every meet?

A: No, but we would like for you to swim in every meet possible. You must practice at least 3 times in the current week to swim for points in that meet at the end of that week. You must swim in 3 dual meets to be entered in Championships.

Q: What if my child has never been on a swim team before? What is required for my child to join?

A: Swimmers must be able to swim 1 length of the pool without assistance and without stopping (25 meters). Younger / less experienced swimmers that are still developing their skills may want to consider also taking swim lessons through the city alongside of swim team. Please check the city website for availability.

Q: As a returning member, why doesn't the system allow me to login with my previous email and password to register for the new season?

A: Previous member accounts are placed in a "suspended" status at the end of each season. Returning members must first login using the "Registration" tab on the home page to register. Once the account has been verified and payment has been processed, the account status will be changed to "active" and can be accessed through the Sign In function.  Members will receive an email letting them know when their account status has been changed, usually within 24 hours of registration.
