ABOUT THE FAST DOLPHINS
The FAST (Foothill Area Swim Team) Dolphins offer race stroke training and practice pods for swimmers of all ages (under 18). The goal of the F.A.S.T Dolphins is to provide every swimmer an opportunity to improve race stroke skills and achieve success at his or her ability level, from novice to becoming a competitive swimmer, while keeping it a fun experience not only for the swimmer but for the whole family.

FAST Dolphins Team Philosophy
Swim team should be a fun and rewarding experience for both parents and swimmers. The team strives to create a positive environment for young swimmers to build race stroke skills, achieve personal goals, increase self esteem, create friendships and compete. We aim to insure that each child enjoys their experience on the swim team.

Code of Conduct
All members, including swimmers, coaches, and parents, are expected to:
- Demonstrate respect, good sportsmanship, and courtesy toward teammates, coaches, competitors, and officials.
- Follow all pool rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from coaches.
- Represent the Team with integrity and professionalism in both practice and competition.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior, including verbal or physical altercations, bullying, or misconduct.
- Support a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Consequences of Misconduct
Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, which may include:
- A warning from the coach or team leadership to swimmer during practice or meets
- Request for meeting with parents and swimmers if misconduct is repetitive and or perceived by Head Coach as escalated misconduct
- Suspension or removal from a practice or event if misconduct continues after the before mentioned steps
- Temporary or permanent removal from the Team, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
