Hi FAST Family,

It was amazing to see everyone at our first meet of the season—despite the heat, our swimmers showed up big and we’re so proud of the energy and effort from the whole FAST crew. Thank you, families, for making it happen!

☀️ Summer Morning Practice Begins Tomorrow!
We’re officially kicking off our summer morning schedule. See below for your swimmer’s practice time:

Monday–Thursday AM

• 8:30–9:45 AM — 13/14 & 15–18
• 9:30–10:15 AM — 6U
• 9:45–10:30 AM — 7/8
• 10:15–11:15 AM — 9/10
• 10:30–11:30 AM — 11/12

🏅 Dolphin All-Stars
Each meet, our coaches recognize swimmers who truly embody the FAST spirit—cheering on teammates, giving it their all, and leading by example. A big congrats to our first round of Dolphin All-Stars for the 2025 season:

• Weston Combs (6U): A total force in the water—Weston crushed his races and brought great energy cheering on his teammates!
• Lauren Lewis (7/8): An incredible team mate - Lauren cheered on her teammates for their races and encouraged her teammates to swim. We loved her supportive energy and enthusiasm!
• Annelore Wheeler (9/10): Took 25 seconds off her IM time 🤯 and showed such determination. Amazing job!
• Jack Van Blarigan (11/12): First meet with FAST and he jumped in with confidence and great energy. We’re so glad to have you, Jack!
• Kaia Davies (13/14): Not only did Kaia have some very impressive times at this meet, but she was constantly encouraging and cheering on her teammates before and during their events. She kept a positive attitude throughout the whole meet that I loved to see!
• Brady Bull (13/14):Brady pulled off some great personal times during this meet and also placed in every one of his events. When he wasn’t in the water, he could be found behind the blocks cheering for his teammates and setting a great example.
