It’s going to be a light week with practice on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday ONLY due to the Juneteenth holiday on Thursday and no swim meet this coming Saturday, June 21st. So tell your kiddos to work extra hard at practice this week and enjoy the holiday break!

Our next meet is Saturday, June 28th at Bay Club.

Shoutout to this week’s standouts who brought the energy, heart, and team spirit to the deck this weekend!

• Lena Reta (7-8) – Lena is a great teammate who is always excited to swim. She absolutely crushed her freestyle, dropping 6 seconds!
• Gavin Nakata (7-8) – Gavin is a positive force, cheering on his teammates with enthusiasm and kindness—plus he had great races himself!
• Henley O’Sullivan (9/10) – Henley was a great leader and helped with her own meet program. She even stayed until the very end to help clean up. 💪
• Caleb Reta (11/12) – Caleb killed it in his races against the Sharks, thanks to his commitment at practice. He brought great energy and led by example!
• Ellarie Moorefield (15/18) – Always behind the blocks cheering others on, Ellarie keeps the vibes high and stays motivated to improve—love that energy!
• Darian Kell (15/18) – Darian keeps a positive attitude and lifts up his teammates. He was especially encouraging during relays, cheering hard from behind the blocks.

🏊‍♀️ Swim-A-Thon – Now June 25 During AM Practice

One of the best events of our season! Each swimmer collects pledges per lap from friends, family, etc. We crank up the music and count those laps to raise money for some of the bigger-ticket items our team needs.

📬 Pledge forms will be available this week—check your inbox and the pool deck!

Lap Times by Age Group:

• 9:00–9:30 AM – 6U and 7/8
• 9:30–10:00 AM – 9/10 and 11/12
• 10:00–10:30 AM – 13/14 and 15/18

🙋‍♀️ We’ll need parent help with lap counting and the prize table—let us know if you’re available!

Calling all 11/12 FAST Dolphins! Come join us for a super fun movie night with candy and popcorn. Bring a chair, a blanket, and your favorite stuffy or pillow. We’ll have a blast hanging out with our FAST friends!
