Hi FAST Family,
We hope you had a great weekend and are ready for another fun week ahead! This Wednesday is our Swim-A-Thon—details on pledges, event schedule, and more below. Let’s get ready to swim some laps and raise some funds!

Our next dual meet is Saturday, June 28 at Bay Club. 🎆 Theme: U.S.A. 🇺🇸 – Get ready to rock the red, white, and blue!

📣 TVSL Extra Chance Meet – Sign Ups Now Open!

This meet is designed for swimmers who need one more meet to qualify for TVSL Champs on July 19 (you need 3 dual meets total to qualify).
FAST swimmers who still need that third meet have priority for registration.

📌 Important Notes:

• Swimmers will be entered in up to 3 individual events (no relays).
• If your swimmer doesn’t have a time for an event, they’ll likely be placed in it.
• All participating families must volunteer. No exceptions—job signups TBD.

✅ If your swimmer already has or will meet the 3-meet requirement and still wants to participate, email Dawn at [email protected] to be added to the waitlist. These swimmers will be added on a first-come, first-served basis if space allows—and yes, you’ll still need to volunteer!

🏊 Swim-A-Thon – This Wednesday, June 25 During Morning Practice

One of our favorite events of the season! Each swimmer collects pledges from friends and family. We'll turn up the music and cheer them on as they race the clock—each age group has just 30 minutes to rack up as many laps as they can!

📬 All pledges are collected online—no money will be taken on deck. Direct donors to our homepage to donate.

Lap Times by Age Group:

• 🕘 9:00–9:30 AM – 6U & 7/8
• 🕘 9:30–10:00 AM – 9/10 & 11/12
• 🕘 10:00–10:30 AM – 13/14 & 15/18

🙋‍♀️ We need parent volunteers for lap counting and the prize table—let us know if you’re available!
