Hi FAST Fam,

We hope you’re getting excited for our last meet before CHAMPS! We’ve had a great season, and this rematch with Del Prado is a perfect opportunity to show them what the FAST team can do!

Our theme for this meet is SUPER HEROS, so come decked out as your most powerful hero or villain — let’s bring the fun!

🏊‍♂️ 7/12 MEET DETAILS @ Del Prado Swim Club

  • Parking: Available in the lot and on the street. Please avoid blocking driveways and crosswalks.
  • Tent Setup: FAST tent area will be on the large grassy area west of the pool (closest to the diving well).
  • Quiet lap swimming time is available for 13/14s and 15/18s only — 3 lanes reserved for FAST.
  • Schedule: Please arrive 2 minutes early to your warm up time
    • 7:30am    Gates Open
    • 8:25am    13-14 and 15-18 Warm-ups
    • 8:34am    9-10 and 11-12 Warm-ups
    • 8:42am    6U and 7-8 Warm-ups
    • 8:55am    Team Meeting

⚡ CHAMPS Volunteer Sign-Up Opens Tomorrow – Thursday, 7/10 @ 8 AM

📣 CHAMPS Setup Details
Due to construction at Foothill High School, we will have a new setup this year. More details are coming soon, but we’re sharing the layout map (see below) now so everyone can be prepared. We HIGHLY encourage tent sharing as space will be extra tight with this new setup. 

🤫 Surprise for Our 8 & Under Swimmers!
We have a special Champs surprise just for our 8 & under swimmers! If you'd like your swimmer to receive a night-before-Champs surprise, sign them up below. Our coaches will visit your home to leave encouraging chalk messages and posters to help your swimmer get pumped up for Champs. When they wake up, they’ll have a fun surprise waiting for them outside! You must sign up to participate! 👉 Sign up here!

📅❤️ Save the Date: Pre-Champs Potluck — Thursday, 7/17 

Join us for our Pre-Champs team potluck at Ken Mercer Park! We’ll hear a few words from our coaches,hang out, enjoy good food, and get pumped up for the big Champs meet. Potluck sign-up details will be shared this weekend — stay tuned!

🎉 RSVP for 7/19 End-of-Season Party @ Highland Oaks Cabana Club
There are still lots of families who haven’t RSVP’d for our end-of-season dinner after Champs — you won’t want to miss the yummy tacos! Swimmers eat free - parents and non-swimmers are $8 per person

Dinner payments are due tomorrow, July 10.

We have extremely limited quantities of "Vintage Logo" spirit wear and swimsuits — grab yours before they’re gone! On Monday, July 14, we’ll publish and email out the order form. You can pay and collect items at the O'Sullivan Tent during Champs. First come, first served!
