Great job at Saturdayโs meet against Del Prado! Meet results are posted on the website, and Top Times have been updated on the TVSL website.
๐ This Weekโs Dolphin All-Stars
- Emi Ikemoto โ Emi was always ready to swim! She brought incredible energy and absolutely crushed it with a huge 7.8-second drop in her freestyle.
- Vedansh Tomar โ Vedansh had an awesome meet! He powered through his first IM and looked strong in a great freestyle relay leg for his team.
- Ethan Gray โ Ethan loves to swim and always has a positive attitude! His hard work at practice paid off as he dropped time in freestyle and completed his first IM.
- Declan Sobers โ Declan loves hanging out with his teammates but is always ready to go when itโs time to swim. He even checks with a coach to make sure heโs in the right lane!
- Will Orr โ Will was locked in at practice all week and really showed up at the meet! He placed in all his events and hit personal bests in each one.
- Lily Jenkins โ Lily always maintains a positive attitude on deck and supports her teammates. Throughout the meet, she cheered on both her relays, in the water and behind the blocks.
There were so many fantastic swims yesterday, Dolphins โ you should all be proud of your accomplishments!
๐โโ๏ธ Tuesday Practice Update
Weโre having a fun โT-shirt Drag Dayโ at Tuesday practice to prep for Champs! Swimmers will wear a t-shirt over their suit to feel some resistance, then finish with fast swims after taking it off to feel the difference. This is all about building confidence and feeling strong heading into Champs.
Please have your swimmer bring or wear a regular cotton t-shirt that you donโt mind getting wet. Weโll have a few extras on deck, but not enough for everyone.
๐ 2025 Champs Meet Update
The Champs Meet will be held on Saturday, July 19 at Foothill High School. It will start at 9 AM and end around 2โ3 PM.

If your swimmer needs to scratch, PLEASE text Dawn at 510-378-4530 ASAP. Coaches are finalizing meet entries today, and making changes later is very tricky. Please be courteous and help our hardworking coaches as they prepare for Champs Week!
