| • | Show respect to your coaches, teammates, and yourself through your words and actions. |
| • | Come with a smile and be ready to swim your best every practice. |
| • | Cheer for your teammates at swim meets. Encourage other swimmers and have a positive attitude. |

| • | Check your email daily for information concerning the swimmers and the team. Each family also has a folder that will be used to distribute ribbons, notices, newsletters, etc. Folder will be available after the first meet. |
| • | Please do your best to bring your swimmers to practice a little early so that they are ready to get in the water when practice begins. |

All meet sign-ins must be done by the Tuesday prior to the swim meet. In the event a meet is on a week night, the deadline will be published. Unfortunately, if you forget to sign your swimmer up to swim in a meet they will not be able to participate. |
| • | Health issues within 48 hours of a meet should be emailed or called into head coach Sarah Pierce @ [email protected] with a cc to the team rep at [email protected]. A voice mail should be followed up with an email. |
| • | Provide your swimmers with sunscreen and a water bottle, labeled with their name. As the summer sun gets hotter, it is important that we keep our swimmers protected and hydrated. |
| • | Encourage positive thoughts and attitudes among your swimmers. |
| • | Please limit on-deck discussions with the coaches. Contact the Team Rep or Head Coach via email with non urgent concerns about athletes, practices, meets, behavior, etc.
