Volunteer Requirements and Position Descriptions:

Thank you in advance for volunteering!  Swim meets take many hands in order to be successful (it takes 57 volunteers from our team at each home meet and 38 volunteers at each away meet!).  Therefore, we need parents/family members to be participants, not just spectators.

The agreement you signed during the registration process outlined what we need from each family.  It is summarized as:

Each family MUST fill 2 volunteer positions per swimmer during the regular season.  Volunteer requirements are capped at 4 positions per family.  So, if you have 1 child, you volunteer 2 times; if you have 2 or more children, you volunteer 4 times.  Additional positions are required at divisionals and all-stars and will be discussed separately after swimmers qualify for these meets.  Without everyone’s help, we just cannot run a swim meet.

For your reference, these are the volunteer opportunities available.  Many are quite simple and do not require any special knowledge or training.  For those that require training, training opportunities are available and are of no cost to you.  Training opportunities will be communicated by email and are posted on our team’s website.

If you would like additional information about any volunteer positions, please contact [email protected].
