2026 Swim Team Fees 

First Priority-Registration Day (in-person @ the club, must RSVP), February 4th, 4pm-7pm. Returning Families not @ Reg Day, February 5th-11th.

NOTE: Age groups may fill up and age groups will close.

New Families (not at Reg Day), February 12th-15th (if space available)

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be put in writing and e-mailed to [email protected] & [email protected]

Refund Policy for the 2026 Swim Season:​

• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 3/29/26, registration fees will be refunded, less $50 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/5/26, registration fees will be refunded, less $75 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/12/26, registration fees will be refunded, less $100 per swimmer
• If a swimmer withdraws from the program by 4/19/26, registration fees will be refunded, less $150 per swimmer
• Withdrawal from the program after 4/20/26 will result in a forfeiture of all registration fees
• Additional fees might be charged to Member Account if a swimmer withdraws from the program after April 28, 2025 to cover jobs and other expenses. 
• The team is not responsible for apparel bought before a family drops from the team
