2024 Champs Results
Congratulations to all the VSL swimmers who competed in the 2024 VSL Championship meet at JMU on July 27th. Lots of time drops and fun on deck!
Our Barracuda swimmers participated in a total of 242 individual events with 143 best times and over 360 seconds dropped!
In addition three champs records were broken - one by Ashby Anaconda's swimmer, Fedor Dobrynin: 6/under 25 Back - 23.95 (previous record 24.76 in 2013), and TWO by Barracuda swimmer, Kaleb Erb: 15/older 50 Fly - 22.64 (previous record 23.15 in 2018) and 15/older 100 IM - 52.45 (previous record 54.12 in 2019 by his brother).
Congratulations to ALL our swimmers for their hard work in the pool this summer and thanks to the many parents who volunteered in so many different ways!! Special thanks to our coaches too for all their support and encouragement of our kids.
