2024 Dolphin Practice Schedule
Dolphin's will be placed in 30 member Dolphin Training Groups for Summer Swim Team. Trainings will be 3 or more times a week, depending on age, Dolphins will train anywhere from 30 to 70 minutes per training. Each swimmer's practice time is determined by Coach Brett. Practice time is determined by age, swim/stroke ability, and where coaches feel each Dolphin will thrive and reach their goals.
April 23 – 25: Training for New Dolphins and ALL 6 and unders
Days: Tuesday – Thursday
- 3:45-4:30pm: 6 & unders
- 4:30-5:30pm: 7+ aged new swimmers
April 29 – May 31: Training for ALL Dolphins
No Training Sessions: May 20, May 27, May 30
Days: Monday – Thursday
- 3:30-4pm: 6 & unders
- 4-4:40pm: 7/8s
- 4:40-5:30pm: 9/10s
- 5:30-6:30pm: 11/12s
- 6:30-7:30pm: 13/14s
- 7:30-8:30pm: 15/18s
Practice times and Training Groups will be based on age/skill level. If your swimmer is new to swimming or does not properly swim all 4 strokes, they will be placed in a younger group. Advanced Dolphins will swim in higher training groups.

- 8:45-10am: 13/14s
- 10-11am: 11/12s
- 11-11:50am: 9/10s
- 11:50am-12:30pm: All 8 & unders (includes 6 & unders too)
Thursday "Afternoon"
- 3-3:40pm: 6 & unders
- 3:40-4:30pm: 7/8s
- 4:30-5:30pm: 9/10s
- 5:30-6:45pm: 13/14s
Friday "Morning"
- 8-9am: 9/10s
- 9-10am: 11/12s
- 10-11am: 13/14s
- 11am-12pm: 15/18s

May 5 – Dolphin Parent Volunteer Sign-ups via Team Unify @ 5pm
May 8 – Dolphin Swim-a-thon (during practice)
May 23 – Tie-Dye & Sundaes (during practice)
June 1 – Dolphin Time Trials @ PVC 8-11am (meet your Dolphin Buddy)
June 1 – Movie Night @ PVC
June 3 – Dolphin Summer training schedule begins
June 8 – 1st Home Meet of 2024 Dolphin Season vs Rhonewood Sharks
June 9 – Dolphin Picture Day: Pictures & Pancakes
