Tech suits for 12 and under swimmers: since Tri-State follows USA Swimming rules no 12 and under tech suits (those with bonded or taped seams or woven fabric) are allowed at any meet. Here is the link to the USA Swimming article detailing woven and taped/bonded seams. This rule went into effect September 1, 2020.
