Heartland Area Team Administration
* BOTH the Roster File and the Roster Invoice must be submitted prior to December 1 of the current swim year. There is a $100 fine for failing to do so prior to the deadline.
Also, each team is required to provide proof of your team's National registration AND proof of one coach's certification submission (at minimum) to our National Regional Representative by December 1 of the current swim year. There is a $100 fine per offense for failing to do so prior to the deadline.
*Dive Certification dates must be included in all roster submissions. Swimmers NOT dive certified are required to do in water starts.

Officials' Training Resources
The fees obtained for instructor-led trainings cover YMCA National registration, instruction materials, and any necessary reimbursement for travel or facility accommodations.
