Mare Nostrum Series Leg 3 - Canet-en-Roussillon – REPORT BY COACH MICHAEL FASCHING

Day 1, Sat. 24.5.25

The first day of final Mare Nostrum leg in Canet (FRA) produced another two Medals for Hong Kong.  SCAA’s Ian Ho stormed to Gold in the 50 freestyle whilst Siobhan secured Silverware one more time in the 200 m freestyle. Adam put on his fastest 100 m breaststroke time of the series!  Great performances from our three HWI-SCAA swimmers!
