It is and incredibly powerful to see yourself swimming under the water. More often than not our mental image of how we are moving our body is incorrect, and there is no hiding any weaknesses in your stroke from the camera. Using our top of the line SwimPro camera system and the skills and expertise of our professional coaches we will highlight the technical changes that you need to bring your swimming to the next level. 

One on one sessions will be a one hour long private session where swimmers will be filmed by the coach from multiple angles, given feedback, and will receive footage via Whatsapp
