LATEST NEWS FROM THE NATIONAL GAMES! Saturday 15th November: Another exceptional day for the swimmers at the Shenzhen Universiade Aquatic Natatorium. Siobhan Haughey added another Gold in the 100 m Freestyle to the Hong Kong Sports Federations overall medal haul. Her 100 m Freestyle time of 52.89 was way too quick for all the other swimmers to keep up. HKG Champion Siobhan at the National Games Swimming 13th November, Shenzhen Freshly crowned National Games Champion in the 200 m Freestyle, Siobhan Haughey stunned the field with a very fast 100 m split and held on to her lead all the way into the finish. Siobhan Haughey advances into 200 m freestyle finals Wednesday 12th November Siobhan Haughey has had her first two outings in the 200 m freestyle at the National Games in Shenzhen. She swam in the morning heats finishing 3rd in 1:58.98, and followed up in the evening’s semifinal with a time of 1:56.73 to secure a lane in tomorrow evening’s finals as second fastest qualifier. NATIONAL GAMES SWIMMING NEWS! Great start for SCA/HWI Swimmers at the National Games of China. On Monday 10.11.25 Ian Ho started his National Games campaign with the 50 m Butterfly heat where he clocked a 24.23 to move as 13. fastest into the semifinals. In his semifinal he managed to improve marginally to a 24.20 and placed 15. Adam Chillingworth posted a 1:02.57 to move into the evening’s semifinals in 15. place.
