Another swimmer from the HWI programme, nurtured since childhood, is now selected to represent Hong Kong for the first time in an overseas competition. SUNDAY JANUARY 11TH SCAA Two events took place on this day: 1. STROKE CAMP - BUTTERFLY : A group of 12 swimmers benefited from the special coaching and video analysis by Coaches Chui, Zento and Jericho, in the afternoon pool and class sessions. OPEN WATER COMPETITION RESULTS The Hong Kong Open Water Swimming Competition Series (Part 3) was held in Tai Mel Tuk on Sunday 4th January. HWI-SCA entered two of our Elite Long Distance Swimmers to race in this meet, who both achieved great results! HWI STROKE CAMP SERIES - BREASTSTROKE Sunday December 14th - SCAA - 3.30-5pm The Breaststroke Camp was the 4th in this season of HWI Stroke Camps Swimmers enjoyed especially the attendance and coaching from Adam Chillingworh (HKG and SCAA National and International Breaststroke champion) giving special tips and expert guidance!
