Jan 11th Sprint Meet and Fly Stroke Camp

SUNDAY JANUARY 11TH 

SCAA

Two events took place on this day: 

1. STROKE CAMP - BUTTERFLY : A group of 12 swimmers benefited from the special coaching and video analysis by Coaches Chui, Zento and Jericho, in the afternoon pool and class sessions. The stroke camps are a great way to focus on swimmers technique and give advice on individual improvement. 

2. The SPRINT MEET was held in the evening and proceeded very well and fast (due to swimmers only entering 2 events each). Thank you to all the swimmers who participated, achieving personal times, and experience at racing!  Special THANKS as always to the willing parents who helped as timekeepers!  We asked all swimmers to donate $100 for participation - hence we will have $7,600 to pass onto the Tai Po victim relief fund - much appreciated everyone!!   Will verify the donation once we have finalized the amount.

NEW EVENTS for 2026 will be planned once we have this years HKGSA calendar update.  HKGSA (HKG Swimming Asscn) 'year' runs from April 1st  - look out for details of renewal of registration after Chinese New Year!!
