We are into week two of the pool shutdown, and we hope that you are all coping and got through the dryland last week with no problems. Dear Valued Parents and Swimmers, Please be advised that unfortunately SCAA will be closing the doors to all sporting facilities very shortly, including the swimming pool, until further notice. All HWI activities will cease effective from the end of today, Tuesday 24th March, until further notice. There will be no group sessions of any kind held until further notice. Race Turns analysis: The average swim team swimmer will do between 150-300 turns per session! As most young people in the modern world are visual learners, this is the best way to teach a swimmer exactly what is happening during their turns.
