Closure of all HWI pools until further notice
Dear Valued Parents and Swimmers,
Please be advised that unfortunately SCAA will be closing the doors to all sporting facilities very shortly, including the swimming pool, until further notice.
All HWI activities will cease effective from the end of today, Tuesday 24th March, until further notice.
There will be no group sessions of any kind held until further notice. We will revert to sending out dryland sessions to all squads again, and we will start to explore the possibility of running some more video based sessions. Please stay tuned for all of this.
Any remaining sessions in March will be held in credit and offered to clients once pools reopen. No invoices will be sent for any swimmers who are booked in for April. Any payments already made for April will be held in credit for once pools reopen.
This is a huge blow to all of us who love the pool, but is the right decision in the interest of safety. Please ensure that you adhere to all government advice regarding social distancing, good hygiene, and personal safety at this time. Please ensure that you strictly follow any self quarantine regulations that apply to you, there is no excuse to put others in the community at risk.

I would like to finish this e-mail by saying thank you to everyone for the overwhelming support that we have received from our swimming community in the last few weeks. We have strived to keep offering the opportunity to stay fit in the safest possible environment, and to have all of you embrace this and continue training has been inspiring to everyone involved. Please continue to keep fit on your own, and we look forward to seeing your smiling faces when the pools reopen.
