REMINDER OF TEAM TRAINING DURING XMAS PERIOD

TRAINING FOR XMAS-NEW YEAR HOLIDAY PERIOD

Please be reminded of the TIMETABLE for the period 20th December to 3rd January as sent out by email before.

If you did not receive - you can find it attached below, and also on the MAIN PAGE OF TEAM WEBSITE - please note times by day and squad.

On phone app GoMotion - all practice times reflect any changes.

PLEASE FURTHER NOTE: 

1. On SATURDAY 20TH DECEMBER there is a Division 3 competition.  Those not competing - training is at SAME NORMAL TIME.  (Competitive and Gold swimmers - train with Coach Jefferson) Silver, Bronze, Club - as normal.

2. DURING HOLIDAY PERIOD - there is NO LAND TRAINING FOR GOLD / SILVER SQUADS - the training is POOL SESSION only.

3. On a MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY during HOLIDAY PERIOD - please assemble at GATE 3 (instead of Gate 1) - training will start from that end of the pool with Coach Mike, Chui, Jefferson
