MALAYSIAN AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS

KUALA LUMPUR SPORTS CITY NATIONAL AQUATIC CENTRE

Congratulations to HWI-SCA swimmers ADAM CHILLINGWORTH and ISOBEL TRAN who attended the MALAYSIAN AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS as part of a Hong Kong National Age group Team.

Isobel Tran 12yrs, who trains in Coach Chui’s Performance squad, swam exceptionally well with personal best times in all her 5 individual events, and earning 1 Silver, 2 Bronze, and 2 x 4^th place.  Isobel also helped her team in 5 x relays, which took 1^st place in each relay!

Adam Chillingworth, who trains at the Sports Institute HKG national team took Silver medal in the 200m Breaststroke, and 4^th place in the 100m Breaststroke.
