Dryland during closure
We hope to see you all down at the beach this week!
Please find attached the group dryland schedule for this week. We are offering group sessions everyday at Repulse Bay beach:
16:00-17:00 for Swim For Fitness, Club Training Squad, Waterpolo, Gold, Silver, Bronze.
17:00-18:00 for Performance squads.
Please note if sessions are cancelled due to weather, we will send out a message 2 hours before the beginning of the session. The sessions will be a mix of strength and conditioning, running, and fun social games.
We will meet at the green pagoda on the right hand of the beach if you are looking into the sea. Parents are welcome to watch and support, but please give the coaches space to work with the athletes.
For the sessions please ensure you have all of the following items:
Running shoes
Sports clothing
Small towel
Raincoat if raining
Full bottle of water - VERY important
Jacket
We hope that everyone is staying fit and healthy!
Please ensure you are following all government health and safety guidelines at these times.
If anyone has travelled to mainland China please do not attend sessions until at least 14 days after your return to Hong Kong.
If you are unwell or have any flu like symptoms do not attend any sessions, and please seek medical advice.
I'd like to also thank everyone for the support of the programme through this challenging time. I have had an overwhelmingly positive response from all swimmers, parents, and coaches to everything so far. Well done to everyone for working together as a team, we will all come out stronger than we were before.
