About Tri-State Area Swimming Conference

The mission of the Tri-State Swim Conference is to provide a competitive age group swimming experience and fair competition, and to promote fitness, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, dedication, and teamwork.

 
Further, the Conference seeks:

  • To provide an organizational structure for summer recreational age group swim competition amongst member and associate teams, in the four-state area of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, and to ensure meets are conducted in a safe and fair manner.

  • To promote participation in the sport of swimming for swimmers aged 18 and under.

About OPY Summer Swimming

OPY Swim Club is part of the Tri-State Area Swimming Conference and is built as an opportunity for athletes to get their feet wet in the world of competitive swimming. The team is open to both YMCA members and community members.

OPY Swim Club is open to swimmers of all levels. Ideally, swimmers should be able to swim 25 yards unassisted.

All coaches are properly certified. Additionally, they have all gone through child safety training and background checks.

  • Bronze Group:
    Evenings: 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm (M/W)
    Mornings: 7:00 am – 7:30 am (T/TH)

  • Silver Group:
    Evenings: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm (M/W)
    Mornings: 7:30 am – 8:30 am (T/TH)

  • Gold Group:
    Evenings: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (M/W)
    Mornings: 7:30 am – 9:00 am (T/TH)
