Jessica Colby is from Anoka, Minnesota where she swam for Anoka High School and the YMCA Barracuda Club for 5 years. Jessica attended MSUM and majored in Exercise Science and Multimedia Journalism along with minors in Coaching, Strength and Conditioning, and Sports Communication. Jessica has been with Red Dragons for 4 years. Within those 4 years, Red Dragons has had 4 National qualifiers, including 1 Junior National Qualifier, along with athletes continuing their athletic career in Division I, II, and III. Jessica was selected as the 2020 MN All Star Team Assistant Coach and the 2022 MN Central Zones Assistant Coach. Jessica loves coaching all ages because of their smiles and pure happiness of swimming.

Amy Crawford is from the FM Area and graduated from Davies High School in 2018. She began swimming when she was 7 years old with the FM Gators, and in 2012 she switched over to the Red Dragons Swim Team, where she swam till she was 18! As a Red Dragons Swimmer she was awarded with the Spirit and MVP Awards. She started Coaching for the Red Dragon's in August of 2018. The 2021 Fall Season is the start of her 4th year with the team! Amy is currently studying criminal justice at M-State and is graduating in the spring of 2022. When she is not in the pool, she is doing puzzles or photography!

Elizabeth Erdman is from Crookston MN. She started competing at the age of 8 with the Crookston Crocodiles and began swimming year round once she hit high school as a flyer and distance swimmer. Up until her senior year where she took a step down as the role of athlete due to shoulder injuries. She graduated from Crookston High School in 2020 and is now attending Minnesota State University Moorhead and majoring in child psychology. Elizabeth just started coaching for Red Dragons in January of 2021. Her favorite part about being a Red Dragons coach is being able to be a part of club swimming again while creating relationships and bonding with her swimmers. She is very excited to coach and teach her swimmers to compete like champions and have them fall in love with the sport.

Alanah Mack is from Thief River Falls, MN. She graduated from Lincoln High School in 2021. She began swimming in third grade for a local club team called Tiger Sharks. She swam competitively for 7 years as a freestyler. She has lettered 6 times, attended sections 5 times, was a captain her senior year, and received the coaches award her senior year. Alanah has worked as a lifeguard and swimming lessons instructor throughout her 4 years in high school so her favorite part about becoming a Red Dragon coach is to get back in the pool again and build relationships with the other coaches and swimmers. Alanah is currently attending MSUM pursuing a degree in social work. When not swimming, Alanah is either hanging out with friends or watching movies.

Sydney Bischoff is from Fargo, ND. She graduated from Davies High School in 2020. Sydney started swimming for Red Dragons in 2015. In high school, she swam for 4 years as a backstroker and freestyler. She received the coaches award. As a Red Dragon swimmer, she received the high point award. This is Sydney’s first year coaching for the Red Dragons. Sydney is currently attending Minnesota State University for Early Childhood Education. When Sydney is not at the pool, she loves being outside and spending time with friends.

Kaeden is from Moorhead, Minnesota Where he swam for Moorhead high school for 5 years. He swam mostly the 500 and the 200 free.Kaeden is attending Minnesota State University Moorhead for Earth Science Education and a minor in Life Science Education. When not at the pool. He likes to spend his time watching tv shows with friends.

Kori Hennebry is from Fargo, ND. She graduated from Davies High School in 2016 and NDSU in 2019. Kori began swimming for the Red Dragons when it started in 2008. In high school, she swam for Davies all 6 years as a backstroker and freestyler. She lettered 5 times, was a captain her senior year, and received hardest worker 2 years in a row. As a Red Dragon swimmer, she was MVP twice and hardest worker twice. In 2017, Kori began coaching for the Red Dragons with the mini’s and has coached for the Davies High School Swim teams the past three seasons. Currently, she is attending graduate school for her master’s in public health. When not swimming, Kori spends her time with friends, working out, and watching movies! Her favorite part about coaching is sharing the sport she loves so much with all our dedicated athletes!
