Happy Halloween! Here is our weekly update!
 
Practice Schedule
We have practice Monday-Friday this week! Gold’s practice has changed for Tuesday and Thursdays. They will now be ending at 9:30PM on Tuesday and Thursday. They will also be starting earlier with a group meeting. Please see our calendar for specific days for these meetings. Friendly reminder Friday practice starts at 6PM.
 
Parent Meeting
We will have a parent meeting this Thursday at 6:50PM. We will be going over SWIM MEETS. What to expect, types of meets, billing for meets, and much more! Please RSVP for the parent meeting!
 
Minnesota Time Standards
Our time standards have been officially released! Yay! We will post these on our website under Athlete Corner. We will also cover what time standards mean at the parent meeting.
 
MONC Meet - RECAP
We had some fantastic swims, many new lifetime bests and a new state time qualifier! Awesome job Red Dragons!
 
SDVL Meet - RECAP
We had MORE time drops at the SDVL meet with many more awesome swims! Way to go Red Dragons!
     
18 and Older Athletes - APT Training
Emails have been sent to our 17 and 18 year old athletes/families who have to complete APT training to be able to continue practice and participate in swim meets! PLEASE make this training a priority and get it done as soon as possible! 
 
Not Swimming this Month?
Friendly reminder, if your athlete is not planning on swimming for the next month, you need to send an email to [email protected] by the 25th of the month.
 
Mark Your Calendar NOW!
We need all families to mark their calendars NOW for the Senior State meet we are hosting on March 16-19th , 2023 at the Hulbert Aquatic Center. We need all the help we can get to have a fantastic meet at this level so please mark your calendars now! We will be sending out our volunteer sign up this week!!!
