Practice Schedule
We have practice Monday-Thursday this week! We do not have practice on Friday due to MSUM having an event at Nemzek. We have a parent meeting on Tuesday at 6:50PM to discuss the upcoming home meet we are hosting!
NEP Single Age Group State
Awesome job to our athletes who participated in the Single Age Group State this weekend! So many fast swims and NEW state times! Go Red Dragons!
RRV Meet
Below are the entries I have recieved for the RRV Meet in Grand Forks. Please let me know of any changes/adds/removes by Tuesday 12/6 at noon. Relays will be decided later.
RRV ENTRIES
2023 USA Registration
High School girls who are returning back and new families, please make sure you register your athlete for the 2023 year. Coaches can no longer do this! It is the families responisbility to make sure your athlete is registered through USA swimming! Please go to our registration page and follow the USA Swimming steps! This is DIFFERENT than our team registration! You can not attend practice in January if you are not 2023 registered!
Home Meet
We will be planning on hosting a one-day meet on January 15th. This meet is a great meet for our athletes to get some great times BUT also for our families to experience hosting a meet before the 2023 Senior State meet! Please mark your calendars for this date to help out!
MRC Hotel Block
We have officially been zoned for MRC! We will be swimming in Chaska, MN. We already have our hotel block set and ready for you to book your hotel on our website under Meets/Events. This meet is a great “end of the year meet” for all of our athletes. Below are the time standards for this meet. We HIGHLY encourage athletes to attend this meet! Last year, we were division champions and we hope to continue this year!

2023 Senior State – Volunteer Sign Up
We officially have our 2023 Senior State volunteer sign up available! Please note the times are TENATIVE and will be communicated closer to the event. Sign up link is also on our website under Meets/Events.
18 and Older Athletes - APT Training
Emails have been sent to our 17 and 18 year old athletes/families who have to complete APT training to be able to continue practice and participate in swim meets! PLEASE make this training a priority and get it done as soon as possible!
Not Swimming this Month?
Friendly reminder, if your athlete is not planning on swimming for the next month, you need to send an email to [email protected] by the 25th of the month.
Mark Your Calendar NOW!
We need all families to mark their calendars NOW for the Senior State meet we are hosting on March 16-19th , 2023 at the Hulbert Aquatic Center. We need all the help we can get to have a fantastic meet at this level so please mark your calendars now!
