ALEX Entries - Review
Below are the entries I have recieved for the ALEX meet. Please review and let me know of any changes by TONIGHT at 9PM. Relays will be decided later.
DL Meet Information
We have our DL meet on Saturday. Arrive by 10:45AM. Warmups are at 11AM. Meet starts at 12:15PM.

FMY Gator Mid-Winter Meet
We hhave our FMY Gator Mid-Winter Classic on Sunday. THERE ARE TWO SESSIONS. 11 and Over athletes will be in the morning. 10 and Unders will be in the afternoon. Schedule is below along with the timeline.
11 and Over: Arrive by 7:45AM. Warm up is at 8AM. Meet starts at 9:05AM.
10 and Under:
Arrive by 12PM. Warm up is at 12:20. Meet starts at 1:20PM

Championship Meets
We are getting close to our championship meets! These meets are a great way to end your athletes season for short course! Our championship meets are MONC Bronze and Lower, MRC, 14 and Under State and Senior State. These meets do require qualifying times. I have MRC meet information below so check it out!
MRC Championship Meet
MRC is in Chaska, MN this year for our team! Last year we placed FIRST in our division and we hope to do it again but we need all of our athletes to attend to make this happen! How do you know if you can attend MRC's? Below are the standards for MRC and questions answered....
50 & 100 Events – Verified Time - NEW CHANGE
200 Events - Bronze Standard - NEW CHANGE
500+ Events - Silver Standards - NEW CHANGE
What is a verified time? Verified time is they have a REAL time at a meet without DQing. If you are unsure if your athlete has a verified time, look on your app in best times and it will list all of your athletes times.
How do I know if my athlete has a certain standard? Go into the gomotion app, click membership, click time standards, select time standards, click MN SCY Swimming (make sure it is the 2022-2023, you can check by clicking the info bubble), and press done. You can check events to see if your athlete has ceratin standards.
MRC Hotel Block
We have officially been zoned for MRC! We will be swimming in Chaska, MN. We already have our hotel block set and ready for you to book your hotel on our website under Meets/Events. This meet is a great “end of the year meet” for all of our athletes. Below are the time standards for this meet. We HIGHLY encourage athletes to attend this meet! Last year, we were division champions and we hope to continue this year!
